Foodservice Operators
The Dining Alliance is made up of all types of foodservice operators; single-unit independents and multi-unit operator groups. In this ever changing market, all foodservice operators face the same challenges. One of the most important is, "How do I lower my food cost, WITHOUT sacrificing quality and service?" Dining Alliance has the answer.

The Dining Alliance membership is about tackling these challenges as a group. Using our collective volume of over $500 million, we negotiate some of the industry's most competitive contracts. Price is not always the most important component for our members. Often quality and service are priority #1. As a group we can leverage for better terms in all aspects of the supplier relationship. We will never sacrifice quality for price! We don't need to as a group.

Cost and Fees

There are No Fees to join Dining Alliance! You will never have to write Dining Alliance a check. In fact you may be eligible for rebates, and therefore receive a check from us. Dining Alliance simply retains a portion of these rebates. We work on a contingency. If we don't save your operations money, then Dining Alliance does not generate any revenue.

Technology - Reporting and Tracking

Dining Alliance's sophisticated reporting and tracking capabilities allow us to audit, manage, track and bill for all pricing, rebates and deviated costs. We can spread the cost of this technology across our over 1700 member locations. Dining Alliance is continually investing in the latest technology to assist in leveraging the lowest prices for our members, but more importantly to make sure that the prices stay the lowest.

We work with purchasing managers, chefs, operations managers, owners, VP's, or Presidents of foodservice operations that qualify. The people we work with are always looking to learn and expand their negotiating tools. Often, by simply having more information, better prices and terms, this can be achieved.
